I began working for Tom Pearson State Farm in early 2023 after spending some time working under my fathers firm helping with retirement planning. I am here to help people plan for retirement whether you are just starting out, 10 years out or currently retired looking for some help.

I am a customer relation representative located in N Chesterfield. I started working for Tom Pearson insurance because I wanted to help individuals navigate tricky policies. I believe everyone should be aware of their risk exposures. It is my goal to help every person understand what insurance plans make sense for them so that I can provide them with proper coverage.

Hello! My name is Kali Taylor, and I have been working at Tom Pearson State Farm since January 2024 as a Customer Relations Representative. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Virginia in 2016. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University in 2022 and will graduate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Master of Science in Finance in 2027. Working in the insurance industry has been very satisfying for me as I enjoy helping others to protect what matters most. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three young children. I also enjoy reading books, cooking healthy dishes, gardening, playing the piano, listening to music, and being outside in nature!

I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Bloomington, Indiana. Growing up in such a vibrant and diverse community has greatly influenced my outlook on life and business. It has taught me the importance of embracing different perspectives and seizing opportunities when they arise.

Outside of work, I have a variety of interests and hobbies that keep me balanced and fulfilled. I am an avid golfer, cyclist, and a pretty good cook. I’m always seeking new challenges and pushing myself to improve.

Hello! My name is Katherine Villalobos and I am a Spanish speaking representative working at Tom Pearson Insurance. I recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and I started working in insurance because I believe in helping customers at the highest level, while making them feel cared for. Growing up with parents who primarily speak Spanish and don't understand much English, I've realized that there are many places that don't have people who are Spanish speaking. Because of this, I strive to help Spanish speaking customers understand policies and help them feel that all their questions are answered. When I'm not working, some of the hobbies that I enjoy are reading, crochet, and plants!
